Restart of services on inConcert Allegro Servers

On your system you have 2 servers: 

• PBX (Linux) 
• MWDB (windows) 

If you have the whole operation affected it´s correct to perform a reboot of services. The correct order is the following:

Stop the communications server PBX:

inconcert stop

Now it´s time to stop all the services in the MWDB Windows server:

You do this for all the services that start with "inConcert" At this point you have all the services stopped.

Start with the windows services in this order:

LicenseServer
Admconnections Service 
Middleware Service 
Actor Service 
Admusuarios 
Chat Server
WebHandler - If you have more webhandlers you start them after the main one 

All the service, but: 
Asterisk Acd Service 
Outbound Engine 
Cache Server

Start the PBX:

inconcert start

Go back to the windows server:

The AsteriskAcdService should be up now.
You start the OutboundEngine service. 
Finally you start the Cache Server

NOTE: in case incoming calls are not landing to IVR, you may need to restart
PBX service again with:

Inconcert stop 
Inconcert start 
       Or 
Inconcert restart
